Hello, I am Janelle!

With over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Armed with a degree in kinesiology and certifications as a health coach, nutrition coach, executive coach, and mental health and well-being coach, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals achieve their health goals and thrive in their personal and professional life.

How it works

Discovery Session

Your coaching experience begins with a one-hour discovery call where a series of questions will help uncover your unique situation and identify the specific areas in your health, relationships, and business that you would like to improve.

Investigation Stage

The first 4 to 6 weeks of coaching focus on discovery, honing in on the root causes of unhealthy habits that may be contributing to stress and health issues. This phase sets the foundation for understanding your current habits and identifying areas for improvement.

Throughout the coaching process, you will work on practicing new habits and replacing old ones with healthier alternatives. By focusing on habits that heal your body, sharpen your mind, and improve your work-life balance, you will gradually transform your lifestyle for the better.
